As a regular consultant to Microsoft Services,
we work with medium to high-end systems across one or more data centres.
We specialise in High Availability and Disaster Recovery for Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition, migration to that platform,
as well as integration with 3rd party software. Primarily our client tasks involve infrastructure design, configuration, staff
skills transfer and operational excellence. Engage SCSM and you will get the right advice first time, every time.
An audit on your current systems will help you comply with Microsoft Best Practices.
Not only will this increase uptime but may also reduce operational costs. Your
Enterprise Architects will learn how to design scalable, secure systems that can adapt to changing business requirements.
An examination of key areas including storage, networking, server configuration, operational procedures, licensing,
patch management and software configuration will highlight problem areas.
With SCSM, you will have a low-risk migration strategy when upgrading from SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 to SQL Server 2014/2016.
We will identify bottlenecks in your systems but also teach your staff
how to rectify future issues that may arise. This can be done through workshops
or one-on-one sessions with your DBAs, developers and system administrators.
